          CHAIRMAN JACKSON:  Good afternoon.
          This is an affirmation session.  We have one item
to come before us.
          May I ask the Secretary to lead us through the
item for affirmation if my fellow Commissioners have no
opening comments.
          Mr. Hoyle.
          MR. HOYLE:  The item for affirmation is SECY
97-008.  The Commission is being asked in this paper to act
on an order responding to the Citizens Against Nuclear
Trash's motion for partial reconsideration of an earlier
Commission order taking review of a licensing board decision
in the Louisiana Energy Services case.
          All of you have voted to approve this order
denying the motion.  I ask you to affirm your votes.
          [Chorus of ayes.]
          MR. HOYLE:  Thank you.
          CHAIRMAN JACKSON:  Do we have anything else to
come before us at this time?
          MR. HOYLE:  No, there isn't.
