We have one item to come before us this morning.
Before I ask the Secretary to lead us through the item for
affirmation, do any of my fellow Commissioners have any
opening comments they'd like to make? If not, Mr.

MR. HOYLE: Chairman Jackson, Commission, the
paper is 96-258. This has to do with some conforming
changes as a result of the USEC Privatization Act.

amend parts 2, 40, 70, and 76 of the Commission's rules to
bring these regulations into conformance with the new
statutory requirements of the USEC Privatization Act. It
also recommends an associated revision to the enforcement
policy.
All of you have voted to approve the publication
of these two documents. Let me ask you to affirm your
votes.
          [A chorus of ayes.]

CHAIRMAN JACKSON: Is there anything else to come
before us today?
          MR. HOYLE: No, there isn't.
