The order being 2 issued today is also going to direct the staff to address in 3 a director's decision to be issued next week on February 22 4 the arguments advanced by petitioners in their February 9 5 motion which are related to their original motion. New 6 issues raised in the February 9 motion should be addressed 7 in a supplemental director's decision. The Commission also 8 directs the licensee to provide the NRC staff and the 9 petitioners with at least two weeks advance notice before it 10 engages in any of the seven new activities described on page 11 13 of the February 9 motion.
