License Renewal Application), Appeal by Petitioners of LBP-06-10 (Ruling on Standing,
Contentions, and Other Pending Matters)
The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by Nuclear
Information and Resource Service and others of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board’s ruling
in LBP-06-10 denying their petition to intervene and request for hearing in the Palisades
Nuclear Plant license renewal proceeding. The Memorandum and Order affirms the Board’s
decision in LBP-06-10.
(Subsequently, on June 23, 2006, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
