		CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Good morning.  This is an affirmation session and I understand we have one

item that is before us.  Madam Secretary, if my colleagues have no comments, you may proceed.

		MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding

to a new petition to intervene and/or a motion for reconsideration filed by William D. Peterson related to

the ongoing Private Fuel Storage proceeding.  The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order

which denies the appeal filed by Mr. Peterson.

Would you please affirm your votes?

		CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Aye

		COMMISSIONER DICUS: Aye.

		COMMISSIONER DIAZ: Aye.

		COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye
