P R O C E E D I N G S


		MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a

Memorandum and Order responding to the Nuclear Control Institute's Petition for

Leave to Intervene and Request for a Hearing on Transnuclear Incorporated

Revised License Application to Export Highly Enriched Uranium to the

Netherlands.  The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which

denies NCI's intervention and hearing request and orders issuance of the

license.  Chairman Meserve, would you please affirm your vote.  

		CHAIRMAN MESERVE: I do.

		MS. VIETTI-COOK: Commissioner Merrifield, would you please

affirm your vote.

		COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.

		MS. VIETTI-COOK: Commissioners in the conference room would you

please affirm your votes.

		COMMISSIONER DICUS: Aye.

		COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.

		MS. VIETTI-COOK: Had Commissioner Diaz been here he had

previously indicate that he would approve this paper and he would have affirmed

his prior vote.  That's all I have.  Thank you for calling in.

		COMMISSIONER DICUS: Then we're adjourned I guess.

		COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: We're adjourned.
