		CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.  Today we

have an affirmation session.  Madam Secretary, could you proceed?

		MS. VIETTI-COOK: This is in the matter of Hydro Resources.  The

Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a

request by intervenors for partial reconsideration of CLI-00-08.  The

Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which denies the motion

for partial reconsideration of CLI-00-08.  Would you please affirm your votes?

		CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Aye.

		COMMISSIONER DIAZ: Aye.

		COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.

		COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.

		MS. VIETTI-COOK: And Commissioner Dicus had previously approved

this, so had she been here, she would have affirmed her vote.

		CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Are there any other matters?

		MS. VIETTI-COOK: No.

		CHAIRMAN MESERVE: With that, we're adjourned.
