3 MR. MESERVE: Good morning, before we turn to the
4 briefing, I believe we have one item that we need to deal
5 with in the affirmation session. Before I turn this over to
6 the secretary, do any of my colleagues wish to make an any
7 statements? If not, Madam Secretary, you may proceed.
8 MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to
9 verify an an order related to International Agreement
10 Corporation in LEP 995. And to direct the staff to revise
11 its alternate fee guidance. The Commission has voted to
12 approve the memorandum and order as circulated by the Office
13 of the Commission of Adjudication on December 20, 1999, with
14 the attached changes which affirms LEP 995.
15 Based on this memorandum and order, the staff
16 requirements memorandum will direct the staff to revise its
17 alternate fee guidance.
