The Commission was briefed by the NRC staff and the Nuclear Energy Institute on the final rulemaking package on regulating fuel cycle facilities (Part 70). The Commission will provide any further guidance on this issue in the Staff Requirements Memorandum from the affirmation of SECY-00-0111.
