The Commission was briefed by American Electric Power, the Union of Concerned Scientists, and the NRC staff on restart activities for the D.C. Cook nuclear plant.
The staff should inform the Commission of any significant emergent safety issues and should describe how these issues will be resolved, including consideration of whether they will become critical path for restart.
