The Commission was briefed on progress toward the restart of Millstone units 2 and 3 by the NRC staff and industry representatives.
In preparing for any subsequent meetings or reports regarding Millstone, the Commission would like the staff to give particular attention to, and provide information on, the issues identified in the attached. These items clarify the information the Commission needs to make a restart decision on Millstone Unit 3.
