CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Alright.

MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a final rule amending 10 CFR Part 52 to certify the AP1000 standard plant design. The Commission has voted to approve the publication and implementation of this final rule, subject to the changes noted in the attachment and approval of the information collection requirements by the Office of Management and Budget.

Chairman Diaz, would you please affirm your vote?

CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Aye.

MS. VIETTI-COOK: Commissioner McGaffigan?
