CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Good Morning. Madam Secretary will you please proceed.

MS. VIETTI-COOK: This is on Exelon Generation Company, Early Site Permit for Clinton Site. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition by the Environmental Law and Policy Center, Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League, Nuclear Energy Information Service, Nuclear Information Resource Service, and Public Citizen for Commission review of Licensing Board decision in LBP-05-19 in which the Board granted summary disposition of the last remaining contested issue – relating to alternative energy sources – and refused to admit for hearing an amended contention. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which denies the petition for review.
