VIETTI-COOK: This is an affirmation item in the Matter of Exelon Generation Company ; Dominion Nuclear North Anna; System Energy Resources; Louisiana Energy Services and USEC, Inc. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a Motion by USEC for leave to file comments on the questions that the Chief Administrative Judge of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel certified to the Commission in LBP-05-07. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which grants USEC’s Motion, establishes a filing schedule for USEC’s brief and any response briefs, and requires the NRC staff to file a response brief.
