[9:25 a.m.] P R O C E E D I N G S COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: We’ll come to order but first, our Secretary is going to lead us through an affirmation matter and then we’ll open the other hearing. MS. VIETTI-COOK: This is on Private Fuel Storage Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. The Commission is being asked to act on an Order responding to the State of Utah’s challenges to Private Fuel Storage’s proposed redactions to CLI-04-10, CLI-04-27, and CLI-05-01. The Commission has voted to approve an Order which rejects Utah’s challenges to four of Private Fuel Storage’s proposed redactions, approves all of Private Fuel Storage’s proposed redactions, instructs the Office of the Secretary to release to the public the redacted versions of the three prior Commission Orders, and further instructs the Office of the Secretary to release this Order but not its proprietary appendix.
