SECY-05-0020 - Final Rule: Medical Use of Byproduct Material - Recognition of Specialty Boards (RIN 3150-AH19)

The Commission approved a final rule amending 10 CFR Part 35 to modify training and experience requirements for recognition of specialty board certification processes. The Commission has voted to approve the publication and implementation of this final rule subject to the changes noted in the attachment.

Following incorporation of these changes, the Federal Register notice should be reviewed by the Rules Review and Directives Branch in the Office of Administration and forwarded to the Office of the Secretary for signature and publication.
