CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Good morning. We're gathered for an affirmation session. This room looks like its either Friday or its too early in the morning, or both. Madame Secretary? MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order involving the application of Sequoyah Fuels Corporation for a material license amendment to possess byproduct material at its site near Gore, Oklahoma. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which accepts the Presiding Officer's certified questions and sets a schedule for filing briefs. Would you please affirm your votes? CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Aye. COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye. COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye. MS. VIETTI-COOK: Commissioner Dicus had previously voted to approve this Order and had she been present she would have affirmed her prior vote. That's all I have. CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Thank you. Anything else? MS. VIETTI-COOK: No. CHAIRMAN DIAZ: My fellow Commissioners? We're adjourned.
