I. SECY-03-0040 - Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (Erwin, Tennessee)

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an "Emergency Request to Enjoin Construction" filed by several petitioners in the license amendment proceeding of Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. The Memorandum and Order denies the petitioners' Emergency Request to Enjoin Construction.

(Subsequently, on April 29, 2003, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
