P R O C E E D I N G S

CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Good afternoon. We have an affirmation
matter to deal with.
MR. BATES: Mr. Chairman, Commissioners; the item before you
today deals with the International Uranium Corporation. The Commission is
being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order that responds to an appeal by
petitioner Sarah Fields of an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board decision in
LBP-01-08. The Board's decision denied her request for a hearing regarding
International Uranium Corporation's request for a source material license
amendment. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which
affirms the Licensing Board's denial. Would you please affirm your votes?
		COMMISSIONER MESERVE: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER DICUS: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.
MR. BATES: That's all I have for you.
CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Good. Thank you. We're adjourned.
