CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Why don't we get underway. We have an
affirmation matter to deal with first. I think we have two items. Madam
Secretary, you may proceed.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a
Memorandum and Order announcing the release of a redacted version of CLI-01-14
and directing parties not to reveal confidential information contained in the
proprietary version of that order. The Commission has voted to approve a
Memorandum and Order which authorizes public release of a redacted version of
CLI-01-14. Would you please affirm your votes?
		COMMISSIONER MESERVE: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER DICUS: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: The second item the Commission is being asked
to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal filed by Mr. Mark P.
Oncavage for Commission review of Licensing Board decision in LBP-01-06. The
Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which affirms the
Licensing Board decision in LBP-01-06. Would you please affirm your votes?
		COMMISSIONER MESERVE: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER DICUS: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.
		COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.
		MS. VIETTI-COOK: That's all I have.
CHAIRMAN MESERVE: Thank you, Madam Secretary.
