The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal
by petitioner Sarah Fields of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's
decision in LBP-01-08 which denied her request for hearing regarding International
Uranium Corporation's request for a source material license amendment.
The Memorandum and Order affirms LBP-01-08.
(Subsequently, on July 30, 2001, the Acting Secretary signed the Memorandum
and Order.)
