The Commission was briefed by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC ) on electric utility industry restructuring, nuclear waste, nuclear transportation matters, and escrow of ratepayer payments into the nuclear waste fund.

There were no requirements identified for staff action.
