I. SECY-00-0232 - Sequoyah Fuels Corporation (Gore, Oklahoma Site Decommissioning) Docket No. 40-8027-MLA-4

The Commission(1) approved a Memorandum and Order affirming the Presiding Officer's ruling that Oklahoma has standing and has stated its concerns with sufficient particularity, and declining to hear the remainder of Sequoyah's appeal.

(Subsequently, on January 17, 2001, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)

II. SECY-01-0001 - Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3; Facility Operating License NPF-49) Petition for Review of Licensing Board's Order, Adopting Agreed License Condition, Denying Request for Evidentiary Hearing on Other Issues and Terminating Proceeding (LBP-00-26, Issued Oct. 26, 2000); Supplement to SECY-00-0223

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order which denies in part and grants in part the petition for review of LBP-00-26 filed by intervenors, Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone and the Long Island Coalition Against Millstone, and invites the filing of amicus curiae briefs.

(Subsequently, on January 17, 2001, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
