The Commission(1) approved a Memorandum
and Order affirming the Presiding Officer's ruling that Oklahoma has standing
and has stated its concerns with sufficient particularity, and declining
to hear the remainder of Sequoyah's appeal.
(Subsequently, on January 17, 2001, the Secretary signed the Memorandum
and Order.)

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order which denies in part and
grants in part the petition for review of LBP-00-26 filed by intervenors,
Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone and the Long Island Coalition
Against Millstone, and invites the filing of amicus curiae briefs.
