CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Good morning. Madame Secretary, I believe we have an item of affirmation before we commence our meeting?

MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to the Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone's request that the Commission vacate my rejection of the Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone's petition to intervene in the Millstone license renewal proceeding as premature. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which denies Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone's request because Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone had filed its petition before the NRC staff had published its notice of opportunity for hearing. Would you please affirm your votes?

CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Aye.

COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.

COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.
