SECY-04-0186 - Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Clinton Esp Site), LBP-04-17 (August 6, 2004)

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition by intervenors seeking Commission review of a Licensing Board order (LBP-04-17) that granted a hearing but refused to admit one of the intervenor's contentions. The Memorandum and Order denies the intervenor's petition for interlocutory review.

(Subsequently, on November 10, 2004, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)

SECY-04-0189 - U.S. Department of Energy (High Level Waste Repository: Pre-application Matters); Doe's Appeal of LBP-04-20

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by the Department of Energy of one portion of the Board's decision in LBP-04-20. The Memorandum and Order holds DOE's appeal in abeyance.

(Subsequently, on November 10, 2004, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
