The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal
by the Cherokee Nation of the Presiding Officer's decision in LBP-03-24
to deny its request for hearing. The Memorandum and Order affirms the
Presiding Officer's decision in LBP-03-24.
(Subsequently, on January 14, 2004, the Secretary signed the Memorandum
and Order.)
