2008 Auctions

The Forest Service in California disposes of excess Fleet Vehicles and Equipment through oral auctions held at various Forest locations throughout the State. There are generally four or five auctions per year.

The General Services Administration working with the local Forest fleet personnel, assist in these auctions by providing the Contracting Officer/Auctioneer, collecting payments and resolving disputes.

The PLANNED auction dates, and sale locations for 2008 are listed in the table below.

Internet sales are also periodically conducted by General Services Administration Auctions throughout the year.

Please check often for updates to this information. Specific vehicle information should be available approximately 14 days before the auction date. When additional information becomes available for viewing and download, the sale "Status" will change from "Planned" to "Catalog Available". The Catalog link will display a list and photographs of the sale items.
