Summary:
The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Luis & Delta Mendota Water Authority propose implementing a new Use Agreement for the Grassland Bypass Project that allows for continued use of the San Luis Drain for the period 2010 through 2019 for discharge of agricultural drainwater into Mud Slough (North).

Status:
01/09/2009:
Notice of Intent published on December 21, 2007. The Authority released the draft EIS/EIR under CEQA on December 19, 2008. Reclamation will publish the Notice of Availability for the draft EIS/EIR under NEPA on January 15, 2009.
