On Monday, June 4, and Tuesday, June 5, 2001, the National Heart, Lung, and
Blood Institute (NHLBI) presented a live web cast of the opening session and
welcoming remarks, the plenary sessions, and the closing panel discussion of
the Advances in Cholesterol Management: Putting the New National Cholesterol
Education Program Guildelines into Practice Conference.

Webcasting or videocasting is the method of broadcasting video and
audio data over the World Wide Web (WWW). Webcast viewers must have access to
