If you have any questions about LASIK devices or comments about our website, please use the Consumer Email Response form and someone will respond to you as soon as possible.

You can also submit comments about your LASIK experience to the public record (docket). FDA has created an open docket, “Medical Devices: Ophthalmic Devices; Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis (LASIK) Devices; Establishing a Docket” for you to submit your comments electronically. Select the icon next to "Add Comments." Please do not include personal identification information, since this is a docket open for public view.
