Functional Description HomeSafenet is a web based application that utilizes the Departments Intranet to provide client services to the Children and Families Program Office staff that are located statewide. This application is slated to replace the legacy Child Welfare Systems consisting of the:(1) Florida Hot Line Information System (FAHIS) that captures child abuse reports; (2) Client Information System (CIS) that capture case management information; (3) Integrated Child Welfare Services Information System (ICWSIS) that captures client demographic and provider billing information. 
Interfaces HomeSafenet interfaces with three of the Departments legacy systems mentioned above. These systems consist of FAHIS to capture child abuse alert information, CIS to capture provider demographic information and ICWSIS to capture client demographic and provider billing information.
