Other Relevant Information The Puerto Rico Automated Child Support Enforcement System (PRACSES) provides automated case initiation, case establishment, case management, absent parent location, automated enforcement of delinquent payments, financial management, reporting mechanisms and payment. The Year 2000 compliant version of the PRACSES application was put into production on June 17, 1999.
