Functional Description	Michigan has centralized all ACF data processing functions within the Family Independence Agency (FIA) with oversight from the Department of Management and Budget (DMB). The only exception is the Child Support Enforcement (CSE) program. The FIA maintains a centralized system for the CSE program that is used by 68 counties. The remaining 15 counties administer their child support systems independently within the Friend of the Court?s (FOC) offices.
