Functional Description Iowa`s Child Care invoice and payment system. Allows payments to Subsidized Child Care providers. Tracks provider data and service rate information. 
Interfaces POSS interfaces with several other state systems. They are: Service Reporting System (SRS), Iowa Integrated Information System (I3), Iowa Automated Benefit Calculation System (IABC), IM/Serv Worker Information System (WKER) and the State ID Generator System.
