Functional Description CCSD is a Distributed Database system -- BAPA is a Single Database system. Intake, Eligibility determination, Case management, Provider Payment, reporting, administratiave functions. 
Interfaces CCSD to BAPA Provider payment request, edits billing requesta for accuracy. CCSD periodically sends information to a data warehouse. BAPA interfaces with TWC data warehouse for performance measures.
