Functional Description In addition to administering child care subsidies in each of their respective counties, the UCCAs also provide an assortment of other child care services, such as Child Care Resource and Referral. UCCAs maintain their own database (CCRN)of local child care providers and / or are incorporating a software product called NACCRRAWare which utilizes a National Database server.
