Functional Description This application tracks all day care facilities in the state. It maintains and prints licenses for the facilities. It tracks owner and administrator information. It tracks visits made to facilities. It tracks complaints made against facilities and administrative actions taken against facilities. 
Interfaces This application provides a daily interface file to the DCD Subsidized Child Care (SCC) system. It also provides an interface file to DEHNR on an as-needed basis. The data in this system is also accessed directly by the DCD Criminal Record Background Check System (CBC) and the DCD Early Childhood Workforce System (ECW).
