Functional Description Child Welfare Management Information System (CWMIS) provides technical support for intake, reports on the number and types of abuse cases, tracks the status of the child whether the case is active, closed, or transferred to adoptions, and creates the National Child Abuse and Neglect System (NCANS) report. Automated Guam Public Assistance (AGUPA) system is still being developed. Since 12/99 Guam has been operating under their Business Continuity Contingency Plan (BCCP).
