Functional Description The child care reimbursement system is also known as the Purchase of Care (POC) system or the Subsidized Child Care system. This system collects information on child day care services and assists in the issuance of reimbursements to the counties for payments made to child care providers. Federal and statistical reporting, approval notice generation, repository for market rates are some other functions. 
Interfaces Day Care Regulatory, County systems, Data Warehouse, and NCFast. Supports Federal Sampling mandate.
