Functional Description EPIS tracks and reports the data needed to enable the state to meet federal reporting requirements for client participation rates, target group expenditures, and Work First Participation, all of which factor into the funding. EPIS also helps the counties with case management; for example, it regularly prints a list of potential participants.Potential individuals are added to EPIS from individuals in EIS, via EPIS/EIS daily interface. Counties enter additional data, online/real time, that pertains to EPIS. This data helps counties to track and manage activities that are assigned to the individuals to help the individual obtain employment. Online update and inquiries are available. Turnaround documents, 6908, are also generated.
