Functional Description	KsCARES is used by SRS Economic and Employment Support staff to determine eligibility, authorize and track payments for the Child Care Subsidy program and to process TANF Work Program referrals and authorize payments for employment related activities and support services.
Interfaces	In support of the TANF and Child Care Subsidy programs, KsCARES interfaces with a number of other state systems including KAECSES, the TANF automated eligibility and Child Support Enforcement system, the state`s EBT vendor system, fiscal and accounting system for reporting and issuance of payments, and the Ks. Dept. of Health and Environment for access to child care provider data.
