Basic case intake functions are shared across eICMS and Client Registry Information System Enhanced (CRIS-E, an intake and eligibility determination system). 1. CRIS-E Case Information Display: Information about CRIS-E cases with which a consumer is involved can be retrieved from CRIS-E and displayed in eICMS. 2.CRIS-E Consumer Maintenance and Synchronization: Basic demographic information such as name, address, race, gender, DOB, SSN, and aliases is maintained and synchronized between the 2 systems. 3.CRIS-E Clearance and Applicant Registration: eICMS users can complete the CRIS-E clearance and registration process (the AR driver) from within eICMS, without duplicate data entry. (The info. is collected in eICMS and then shared with CRIS-E). |
