Other Relevant Information The SCF division technology support is provided by the mainframe system, the Client Maintenance System (CMS). A new client/server system, Family And Children Information System (FACIS), is under development to support the administration of the Child Welfare program. FACIS is a federally certified Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS).
