Functional Description FACTS automates some functions of eligibility determination, case management, benefit delivery and benefit history. Matches with Federal Agencies are also conducted through the system. 
Interfaces In-house interfaces are performed with our TANF program also known as ACES. Federal Agencies such as SSA and IRS also have established interfaces as well as other State agencies including Child Support Enforcement and the Employment Security Department.

Application Future Plans An application is in pilot now to integrate, and eventually replace, our ACES and FACTS systems. The ANSWER system rollout will be complete in the late summer of 2002.
