Functional Description Provides the following functions: intake, case management, eligibility determination, board payments, adoption subsidy payments, resource management, court actions documentation, interfaces, for the following programs ? child protective services, foster care, foster care licensing, adoptions, adult protective services, support services (Title XX). 
Interfaces Currently, the system interfaces with the DSS accounting system for automated updates relating to board and adoption subsidy payments. It also produces HIPAA compliant billing for Targeted Case Management activities.It receives a remittance for reconciliation and error processing.The system produces a tape of Foster Home payments and Adoption Subsidy payments for check writing by the state Comptroller. It processes a tape of issued checks from the state Comptroller.
