Functional Description Eligibility for the CHOICES program is contingent upon their eligibility for TANF which is determined by TDHS and not by TWC. TWC only is responsible for verifying eligibility with TDHS through SAVERR inquiry or other means such as viewing the medical card. 
Interfaces The distribution of funds is done by the TWIST system and there is an interface with the accounting and accounting interfaces with the Office of the Comptroller system.TWIST system interfaces with TDHS SAVERR.
