Interfaces provides the following interfaces: State financial system - IMPACT maintains an interface with the Health & Human Services financial systems. This interface allows payment requests to be transmitted from IMPACT to the State Comptroller for payment. State licensing systems - IMPACT maintains an interface with the Child Care Licensing system (CLASS) that provides information about licensed child care homes and facilities. Information from the CLASS application is loaded into the IMPACT Resource Directory and used to provide referral information as well as to supplement contracted service information. Juvenile Justice - IMPACT currently receives and provides Title IV-E eligibility determination and claims processing for the Texas Youth Commission (TYC) and the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission (TJPC). State Department of Education - IMPACT receives information about state accredited schools through an electronic interface with the Texas Education agency. This interface loads data into the Resource Directory and provides staff with information about accredited school name, location, and contact phone numbers. Education logs reference the school(s) that are attended by children in substitute care.? State Department of Public Safety - IMPACT allows staff to request criminal history checks on both staff and clients as appropriate.
