Application Future Plans The Bureau is in the process of implementing an Automated Client Eligibility System (ACES). This is a web based system will provide the Bureau with the means to determine eligibility for TANF, Food Stamps, and Medicaid. It also includes the Additional Support to People in Retaining and Employment (ASPIRE) Program, Emergency Assistance, Fraud Investigation, Medical Review and Quality Assurance.
