Functional Description The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services administers the Child Care program. Administratively, the Division of Family Assistance processes the applications for Child Care benefits while the Child Development Bureau creates policy. The Office of Information Systems generates the checks from BRIDGES. Child Care licenses are issued by the Child Care Licensing Bureau, which is part of the Division of Licensing and Regulation under the Office of Program Support.New Heights determines child care eligibility while BRIDGES processes the payments.
