Functional Description ACCESS is an integrated intake, eligibility determination, benefit processing/issuance, and case management system for TANF, Food Stamps, Medicaid, LIHEAP, and two state programs. The application also closely integrates CSE functionality with TANF. 
Interfaces ACCESS completes numerous data exchanges with other systems. Bendex; BUY-in; Enumeration; Numident; SDX; SVES; Third Party Liability; IRS 1099; Disqualified Recipient system (DRS); Bank North for direct deposit of benefits and health care premium billing; E-funds for benefit payment; VT DAIL for administration of health care; VT Housing Authority for administration of subsidized housing; VT DET for UI benefit match and new hire data; EDS for health care claims processing.
